Product Introduction
It is well known that due to high reflection loss, the transmittance rate of THz waves through crystalline materials is not high (the transmittance rate of HRFZ-Si is only 54%, and the transmittance rate of quartz crystals in the THz band is approximately 70%). And THz anti-reflection films can be used to reduce reflection loss. We provide technologies for depositing THz anti-reflection films on both flat and convex surfaces. 一、High-Resistance Silicon Lens or Window
Enhancement transmittance frequency/wavelength:1000-17.5 μm(0.3-17 THz);
Anti-reflection method: Single-layer(central wavelength)anti-reflection;
The anti-reflection effect at the central wavelength:
(1)Transmittance>80% @ 17.5-22 μm (17-13.6 THz);
(2)Transmittance>90% @ 22-200 μm (13.6-1.5 THz);
(3)Transmittance>82% @ 200-1000 μm (1.5-0.3 THz).

二、Infrared Anti-Reflection Coating
1、ZnSe windows, including two types of coated windows for normal temperature operation and 200℃ high-temperature operation, with standard diameters of 25 mm (thickness 4 mm) and 23 mm (thickness 2 mm), and other sizes can be customized.

Anti-reflective wavelength:2-20 μm
