The wedge-shaped silicon wafers that have undergone metallization treatment have different attenuation levels. Currently, there are four types, with transmittance rates of 40%, 25%, 15%, and 1.5% respectively.
These attenuators can be used individually or in combination to achieve different attenuation rates. The transmittance curves of the attenuator components (without smoothed noise processing, raw data) are shown below.
