Tydex Thz Wire‑Grid Polarizer
Product Introduction:
For radio‑frequency and terahertz ranges, this wire‑grid terahertz polarizer enables polarization of radiation at wavelengths from 150 μm up to several centimetres. It consists of parallel tungsten wires with a thickness of 11 μm, mounted on a substrate‑free holder.
Applications:
THz spectroscopy, THz microscopy, Sensors and detectors, Fourier‑transform spectroscopy, THz and SHF polarimetry
Features:
Capable of withstanding high‑energy incident radiation; Provides high transmittance for the desired polarization thanks to the substrate‑free design;
Delivers a high degree of polarization;
Constructed from tungsten wires;
Mounted in a holder fitted with a protective ring marked with the wire‑grid orientation.
