Product Introduction
Gallium phosphide crystals (abbreviated as GaP crystals) are III-V group compound semiconductor crystals characterized by a stable chalcopyrite crystal structure, serving as a fundamental material in the field of semiconductor optoelectronics. Their unique band structure, excellent physical and chemical stability, and flexible crystal orientation customization endow them with unparalleled advantages for applications in visible light emission, electronic device fabrication, and terahertz detection/emitting, particularly in high-reliability, high-sensitivity optoelectronic devices. Notably, the[110] oriented GaP crystals sold by our company are critical materials for terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THZ-TDS) applications.

The laser has a wavelength of approximately 1 μm and a repetition rate of 78 MHz. The emitting end employs a 2 mm thick GaP crystal with [110] crystal orientation, while the receiving end uses a 0.5 mm thick GaP crystal with the same [110] orientation.
